Biography

Kelita is the oldest of a family of four kids, all serious athletes. Her three younger brothers have been drafted by OHL team. Following in her father footsteps, a 4th dan blackbelt, Kelita started judo at the age of 5.  As a kid, she immediately love the sport of judo. She enjoys the challenge of fighting and out wrestling her  adversaries, especially when they were boys. The Olympic dream came to Kelita at an early age. In her first year at school, she drew herself on the podium at the Olympic games in 2012. Her parents did play and are still playing a pivotal role in her life and in her career but she considers Nicolas Gill as her main inspiration as an athlete. When she is not doing judo, Kelita likes to practice water skiing, wake boarding and naturally, shopping.
