Arthur Margelidon

Arthur was born in Paris and lives in Montreal. He started judo when he was 6 years old, encouraged by his father, who himself has been a passionate judoka his entire life. Arthur enjoys the sport because it allows him to push his limits, and forces him to constantly improve.

Arthur is particularly proud of his silver medal at the 2017 Grand Prix in Hohhot and of having defeated the two-time world champion and olympic medallist Riki Nakaya.

His goal is to win a medal at the upcoming World Championships and Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020.
